We here at John's Auto Care are going to great lengths to ensure our staff and our customers stay safe during these uncertain times by utilizing every protective measure possible. We are also taking steps to help our customers keep their vehicles as healthy and reliable as possible by reminding them of past due services and repairs that left neglected, may lead to future break down or costly repairs.
We recognize that you are being bombarded with information about COVID-19 through many different channels and I want to briefly let you know how we are responding at our auto repair facility.
First and foremost, the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and customers is our number one priority. At the top of our list of preventative measures, are reinforcing proper and frequent hand washing, and requiring employees to stay home if they are ill.
While we are always diligent when it comes to cleaning, disinfecting, and workplace safety, we have implemented additional processes that are the primary focus of our management team. Examples of these actions include increasing bathroom sanitizing, and cleaning countertops, tables, chairs, and door handles frequently throughout the day.
Now is the time to take advantage of taking care of any overdue services and repairs. We are also finding that as this crisis unfolds, the availability of parts is becoming very limited, which will make maintaining your vehicle challenging in the weeks and months to come. Therefore, I have taken the liberty of locating and reserving the required parts to complete needed repairs for our customers. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are interested in completing any repairs this week as our schedule is filling up quickly.
To help you in these trying times, from now until April 30th we’re giving all of our existing customers $10 off any oil change service. Also, to make things easier and safer, we offer a door to door pick up and delivery service which allows us to limit any person to person contact while we restore your vehicle to 100% safety and reliability.
