Fast diagnosis, great service

John's Auto Care Center is amazing. They diagnose the exact problem, then fix it, for less than you assume it will cost you when researching online! It was a battle for them to figure out the root problem for the AC in our older minivan not working. They did nail it down and got it fixed, & now we have wonderfully cool air coming out just in time for the rising temps that will come soon! Also, it had been awhile since we had service on our van, & they were able to give us 3 things that were the most important issues that needed attention. After they took care of those 3 issues, our van drove like it hadn't in years ... smoothly. Wonderful! The guys at the front desk are always smiling and personable, which eases one's mind!

I was pleased with the competitive pricing for diagnosing my car issue. I have paid much higher rates elsewhere. The staff was always helpful to take my messages and explain the repair process. Everyone was friendly, and made me feel like a long time valued customer, even though I was a new customer. My car was diagnosed, fixed and returned in 24 hours. My car is running great, and they have assured me that they are there if anything else comes up. Thank you all so much ! I am thrilled with the overall experience.

I have used John's Auto Care for all of my mechanic needs. The guys there are absolutely awesome, especially Brenden. The whole staff does a great job on getting my truck the fixing it needs at reasonable prices.
