Great service and fast.

Performed a power steering flush, replaced timing cover, replaced front output shaft seal, and addressed various other issues. The timing cover issue was previously address by Meineke located on Locust Grove and Fairview. Unfortunately they did a lousy job to put it mildly; so I was forced to invest a small fortune a second time. It appears as if the staff at Johns Auto Care has done a considerable superior job of address the issue then the staff at Meineke as I have not notices any oil leaks since the work was performed. This is the second time I have employed John’s Auto Care address mechanical problems with my 2001 Chevy Blazer. I returned to Johns because they did an excellent job the first time around. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff. Trustworthy and honest. Fair rates. Listens to customer to understand what they need/ want. These guys have helped us with big jobs and small jobs. Large volume business with a hometown personal experience.

Repairs were completed when they told me they would be done, also was kepted informed about the repairs that were being done. Would for sure take my car to John's again if needed. If your car needs repairing John's is the place to take it.

I was visiting from out of town. I had smoke of some sort coming from underneath my hood. John's took it in first thing Monday morning and checked it out. They could find anything, neither could I after that. I drove home and my car worked fine. I appreciate how kind these guys were. I would recommend you use them.

My car was fixed in a timely manner. The mechanics kept in touch with me letting me know the progress and if they found anything else of concern. They let me know what was needed and how much it would cost if I chose to continue the work. When I got into my car they had also fixed my CD player which hadn’t been working. Very nice surprise.
