Unscheduled oil change - service was great

Unscheduled visit for tire repair. Oil change due and done. Service completed promptly.

Little high priced for a light bulb; had the person waiting on me not given me a coupon, it would have been horrible! The store is convenient for me to get to and the people were nice; it is just hard to pay so much for a $5.00 bulb ($50.00)....

My Jetta was fixed very quickly and all the repairs were completely explained. Also, they kept the parts to show me what had gone wrong. Very professional. Great to deal with.

I've been going to John's Auto Care for a few years now, and I always get wonderful service. While the cost may be slightly higher than the quick oil and lube locations, the standard of service, quality of products and friendly/helpful staff make the added cost well worth it.

They are always available to get me in and the customer service is excellent. Also address me by name and I feel welcomed by all the gentleman there.

John's provided excellent customer service. They were fast and explained everything that they were needing to do.

Very friendly. I didn't have an appointment, and they took me right in and got me out fast. They even helped me install new windshield wipers at no extra cost. They seem very fair and honest. I will definitely go back.
