The staff did a great job servicing my vehicle. This visit seemed to take a little longer than normal (for an oil change), but I noticed the bays were full and everyone was quite busy. As always the staff is friendly, helpful and thorough. I will recommend John's to my friends and family.

My husband was driving home from work Monday afternoon on the freeway when he noticed our car's temperature gauge was quickly rising and not going back down. We had the car immediately taken to John's Auto Care where they quickly got it in for a diagnosis. The staff explained the issue to us and the car was repaired and back to us the next day.

I am amazed that there are still honest, courteous, and polite people in this world. After my PT Cruiser was towed in, I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to be treated fairly, with no surprises. Clint, the manager, kept me informed as to what repairs the car needed, and thoroughly described what was wrong, including future repairs down the road. I was given options...what? Yes, options. I was shocked that I was given a nice loaner car to use while the repairs were being done. Once I gave the okay on the repairs, the car was done in less than a day, and I got to drive the loaner car - a cute little Kia Neon, for about a week while I was waiting for funds from school. I cannot tell you how grateful I am that I found this shop, and we have been recommending it to everyone. It's nice to know that people care and are honest. I will forever be grateful to the staff at John's Auto Care...they went above and beyond what normally is a traumatic, aggravating experience. Got my car back yesterday, and it is running perfectly. I will never go to any other auto repair facility in the treasure valley. This place is great, the people are tremendous, and I am thrilled to have my car back - with a warranty.
