Needed to get in quick. They got the car in diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. Everything was quick. Nice people, good service Idaho Style!

We had to have our car towed to John’s Auto and from the first phone call to the day we picked up our car we were treated kindly and respectfully at each and every communication. They were thorough in their inspection and their prices were very competitive and beat out the other two places I got quotes from. This was the first time we’d been to John’s but we will definitely be going back in the future when the need arises.

I had them work on a previous vehicle years ago and they were fair and very friendly. This last time around we jut did not want to spend the money to fix a really old car with a salvage title, even though their estimate was fair. Great customer service!

I was traveling to visit relatives in Meridian when my alternator quit. As an older woman traveling alone, I was glad my relatives recommended John's Auto Care. They prioritized my repair and had me back on the road in one day. They were very professional and kept me informed.

Diagnosed reason for lack of heat, knowledgeably discussed reason and asked permission to repair. Repair required disassembly of parts of front of car; after repair and reassembly of these auto parts, these were found to be very tight upon examination. Appreciate the personable politeness and knowledge of the men at the desk, the 15 years of experience of the technician who made the repair and the 3 year warranty for the new part.

As a single woman, I can sometime feel intimidated by the often very male world of auto care. While everyone I had contact with at John's Auto Care, was in fact male, I didn't feel in the slightest intimidated or talked down to. I really appreciated their good communication and respect. (Oh, and the use of a loner vehicle -- again, as a single person I don't have the advantage of a partner to share a second vehicle with or get rides from). And, of course, the car is running well now, too!
