My engine light came on so I took my 2004 Tahoe into John's Auto Repair as I always do when I have a car problem. The car was diagnosed with several issues and after calling to let me know the problems and the cost of the repairs, I gave my permission for them to proceed. Although there was quite a bit of work to do the Tahoe was ready for me that afternoon. We take our vehicles to John's whenever there is something that needs to be done, whether it is maintenance or repair. They are prompt and helpful and very good about communicating with us. We feel they are very honest and forthright. They often go beyond what is expected to solve a particularly troublesome issue.
